The 2025 Jean Ricard Grand Prize of the French Physical Society (SFP) has been awarded to Guillaume Cassabois, Professor at the University of Montpellier, member of the L2C, and Senior Member of the Institut Universitaire de France, for his outstanding contributions to semiconductor photonics.
