Administrative Service
Led by Elodie Gayet, L2C administrator, this service provides essential support for research activities. It ensures that administrative procedures comply with the regulatory and legal framework specific to Higher Education and Research (ESR) institutions.
The department is structured into two complementary divisions: the Human Resources Division and the Financial Management Division.
HR Division. This division manages, monitors, and supports the unit’s permanent and contract staff, working with the supervisory entities (CNRS and the University of Montpellier). It particularly ensures the proper welcoming for the many doctoral students, postdoctoral fellows, interns, and visitors who regularly join the L2C. The Department also maintains, in real time, the reliability of HR data essential to the laboratory’s management.

Financial Management Division. This division provides accounting and financial monitoring of resources allocated by the parent institutions as well as funds allocated to specific research projects. It supports researchers on a daily basis in the implementation of their activities: purchasing, travels, contract management, conference organization, etc.
