Micro-photoluminescence

The original micro-photoluminescence system developed by the team stands out for its versatility.

The use of two detectors (a silicon detector and an InGaAs detector) allows micro-photoluminescence experiments in the near IR or micro-Raman scattering in the visible range to be carried out on the same sample.

We have a continuous tunable titanium-sapphire laser for photoluminescence excitation and several narrow diodes for Raman scattering.

The sample chamber is designed to accommodate electrically connected samples, enabling photocurrent, electroluminescence or photoluminescence/Raman scattering experiments under electric fields.
